Autumn ushers in the big foodservice show season. The Pizza Pasta Northeast in Atlantic City in September, the HOST show in Milano & the Star Chefs Congress in Brooklyn both in October, and the HX show at Javits in November.
Tradeshows provide the opportunity to “kick the tires” on new and improved products, learn about the trends, network with peers and test the pulse of the industry.

Pecinka Ferri would like to thank Tony Brucia for his support, business and more importantly, his friendship over the last 40 years.
Tony began his career with Tassone Equipment Co in the purchasing department. Elaine Products gave him the opportunity to learn the sales and project management and introduced him to Herb Schuval, who he would partner with and form Premier Foodservice Equipment.
Premium Supply was Tony’s home for over a decade until The Sam Tell Companies acquired them and added Tony to their project team.
We are pleased to have worked with Tony throughout his long and illustrious career and are proud to have been part of his last day celebration where we surprised Tony with one of his mentors, The Original Ed Pecinka.
