People Who Feed People

People who feed people are the luckiest people in the world!

It is truly a privilege to be part of the industry that is responsible for the nourishment of the human population of the planet.

Foodservice will continue to grow and thrive, even (or especially) as the methodologies and technologies of food delivery systems are disrupted.  We are bullish on its health.

Not being exempt from the forces that are shaping post-modern life, foodservice is undergoing massive growing pains, the likes of which have not been witnessed in generations.

The captain has turned on the fasten-your-seatbelts sign, as their is certainly still turbulence ahead.

Ultimately, as the saying goes “people will always need to eat” and supplying the means to that end will continue to be our mission.

No more hunger or thirst
First be a person who needs people (people need people)
People who feed people
Are the luckiest (luckiest) people in the world

Nostalgic treats are re-emerging. Comfort food-type desserts invoke a sense of nostalgia, which can be good for sales, as nearly half of consumers (46%) say they enjoy many of the same desserts they ate as a child.” — 2017, Dessert Consumer Trend Report,Technomic

“Brass and chrome are making a comeback as furniture accents in restaurants this year. Everything from countertops, tables and stools are featuring these metals to give their eatery a retro look. These metal touches go well with the other retro trend that is impacting flooring: linoleum instead of wood or concrete. Not only is it cheaper than other materials, but it’s very easy to install and maintain. Last but not least, neon signs are popping up on walls as decorations.” 2018, Modern Restaurant Management
