As the longest day of the year is at hand, we are taking stock of our resources and planning for the final six months of 2021 and beyond.

There is a palpable sense of rebirth at the halfway point, more akin to New Year’s sentiments than to the 4th of July’s.  Many of us are eager to consign the previous 18 months into the history books.

A little more finality to report, and then on to the limitless opportunities that now abound:

  • Last chance to apply for Middleby financing (see below) as the program is expiring.
  • Last opportunity to engage with us regarding Fiskars Group (Royal Doulton, Wedgewood, Waterford) and Kitchen Brains (our representation ends this month).

This past week has seen the first in-person industry gatherings since last March, a buying group conference in Florida and a trade-show in Texas.  The whole industry is eager to assemble again for the NAFEM show in August.  Many folks are travelling for the first time in well over a year!

We’re ready to face the future Foodservice Strong in the industry that is famous for second chances.

And speaking of NAFEM,
our friends over at ITI remind us that:

“NAFEM will be our first national show in over two years!  We are flush with optimism.

We look forward to seeing all of you that will be coming to the show. Unfortunately, it has been too long!

We are excited for this show for a whole host of reasons. To name a few:
-First show featuring our new catalog, which launched this spring
-Our new website will have gone live, and we will be promoting our digital presence
-Introduction of several new product patterns

The business has been excellent the last several months, and we are positioned to continue to take market share in the ceramic tabletop category.  While we understand there are supply chain challenges, we are working hard to keep our inventory levels best in the market.

And this makes it a great time to tell the ITI story to our customers, chains, and dealers.  So please make appointments to come by the booth 3947.

We will keep you updated with more information as we get closer to the show.”
